What do I get?+
Three outputs: a full job description, screening criteria you can check applications against, and VACANTC suggestions to consider. The job description is the main output; the other two support it.
Can legal-tech employers use it?+
Yes. GO FREE is built for law firms, legal-tech companies and other legal-sector businesses. Legal-tech roles get product, implementation, engineering and legal-operations framing rather than solicitor-only requirements.
Where do the facts come from?+
From you. Only what you supply is treated as fact. Anything you did not supply is flagged as a suggestion to confirm, not written in as a requirement. You review and edit everything before use.
Why do you verify my work email?+
To keep the tool available to genuine legal employers and to let you return to your saved work. Marketing updates are a separate, optional choice.
Is anything published?+
No. GO FREE does not publish your vacancy or contact candidates. You decide where and when the job description is used.
What does full VACANTC GO add?+
VACANTC GO is separate recruitment software for law firms: careers pages, a hiring pipeline and AI candidate scoring. You can bring a finished GO FREE pack into GO as an unpublished draft if you choose.
Can I start with an existing job description?+
Yes. Paste your existing job description or upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT file up to 5MB, then review the extracted information and confirm the role facts before generating your draft. Do not upload candidate CVs or private candidate information.
How many times can I generate a job description?+
Each role allows up to three generation requests in total, including the initial vacancy pack and any full-pack or individual-section regenerations. A response with no meaningful change does not use your per-role allowance; other technical failures may still count. You can edit and copy your outputs without generating again. Additional workspace and abuse-prevention limits apply.
Can I create another role without losing the first?+
Yes. After verifying your email, choose Start a new role on GO FREE home or beside Your saved roles. The previous draft stays saved and does not need to be finished first. New roles share the original workspace retention deadline.
Can I access my saved job description on another computer?+
Choose Return to a saved pack and verify the same email address with a fresh code. Your work is stored on the server, not just in your browser. Recovery is available only while it is retained, and verifying again may require the previous browser to verify again too.
How long are my GO FREE job descriptions saved?+
The retention period is shown when you start, normally 30 days from the initial submission. Returning, regenerating or adding another role does not restart it. Save a copy before expiry. Expired workspace records and uploads enter scheduled deletion; delivered emails and copies you have taken away are not recalled.
How do I sign out of GO FREE?+
Use Sign out in the header after verification. GO FREE saves the current role's pending edits before signing out and keeps retained work on the server. Other open GO FREE tabs in that browser also sign out, so save their edits first. This does not sign you out of the separate paid GO account.
Do I need a credit card or a subscription?+
No. GO FREE does not require a payment card or start a paid trial or subscription. Full VACANTC GO requires a separate subscription under its own terms and permissions. Subscribing does not automatically move FREE work or recover expired packs; import a retained pack explicitly if you want it in GO.
Can I use the job description outside VACANTC GO?+
Yes. Review and edit it, then copy the text or download a beautifully formatted PDF with a discreet Built with VACANTC GO footer. The PDF contains only the job description, not internal screening criteria or suggestions. Nothing is automatically published or sent to candidates. You remain responsible for checking the facts, suitability and fairness of the final wording; AI suggestions are not legal advice or a compliance guarantee.
